Regardless of its fast or slow, short or long, alone or with a friend, every run has something to give you.  Even on bad days when a hard workout falls apart you can’t let the run get the best you.  Always look for the positives from the experience and continue to develop as a runner and person. Even on the worst of days remember that you have the physical ability to get out and run; something not all are privileged with.

Remember to enjoy the process, have fun, and don’t take yourself too seriously!
